In these worrying times.
In the current financial situation the country finds itself, one must always keep there options open.
Like many others I look at the jobs available in the sector that I work from time to time.
But being old for the industry I’ve always found it hard to understand why companies no longer seem to advertise job’s for themselves, more and more agencies seem to be the first port of call.
Is this lazy HR? How can you research the company to see if you would even like to be considered for the job? It also makes it easier for fraudulent companies to scam people desperate for a job.
What do other people think about this, have you used agencies all your working careers and had no issues’?
